Standard Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all orders within Canada
  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days
  • Tracking number provided via email
  • Shipping carrier: Canada Post or FedEx

Express Shipping

  • Available for urgent deliveries
  • Delivery time: 1-3 business days
  • Additional cost: Starting from $25 CAD
  • Available in most urban areas

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.

Processing Times

  • Order verification: Within 24 hours
  • Payment processing: Immediate to 24 hours
  • Packaging and dispatch: 1-2 business days
  • Custom orders: Additional 5-7 business days

International Shipping

  • Import duties and taxes responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times vary by destination: 7-21 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package through our website or directly through the carrier's tracking system.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain restrictions apply to our shipping services:

  • P.O. Box delivery available for standard shipping only
  • Some remote locations may require additional delivery time
  • Signature may be required for orders over $200 CAD
  • Address changes not possible after order dispatch

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event of a lost or damaged package:
